SBS certified over 4000㎡ steel factory building solution in Peru
This is a large-scale steel factory building project in Peru designed by Canglong Group. This modern industrial building, with a total construction area of 4,233.6 square meters and dimensions of 75.6×56×9.3 meters, has successfully passed SBS international certification. The entire project relied on Canglong Group’s one-stop service system encompassing design, manufacturing, transportation, and installation. From scheme refinement to implementation, it demonstrated the efficiency and quality of “Made in China,” winning high praise from the client.
Scientific Design and Customized Solution
Targeting the local climate characteristics of Peru and the client’s production needs, Canglong Group adopted a portal frame double-span structure, using simple and elegant lines to outline a spacious production area. The main frame uses Q355B high-strength H-beams as the core material for beams and columns, leveraging their excellent load-bearing capacity and wind and earthquake resistance to construct a stable steel backbone for the factory. The interior features an innovative mezzanine office design, achieving seamless integration of production and management through meticulous load calculations and spatial layout. Externally, the entire steel structure is custom-designed in pure white, complemented by 50mm thick PIR insulation panels (a mix of silver-gray, dark gray, and light gray), meeting the insulation needs of tropical regions while enhancing the factory’s image with modern industrial aesthetics.
Strict Material Selection and Attention to Detail
The project prioritizes high-quality materials. The roof combines color-coated steel sheets with polycarbonate sheets, balancing waterproofing, lighting, and durability. Office areas feature glass sliding doors to introduce natural light and enhance spatial openness, while production areas utilize durable roller shutters to ensure efficient logistics. Furthermore, Canglong Group provides a complete set of components, including custom-designed staircases and floor decking, ensuring component precision and on-site assembly efficiency. All materials undergo SBS certification testing, eliminating potential quality issues from the source.
