Project Description:
The modern cold storage project created by Canglong Group for Surinamese customers adopts an integrated design of all steel structures and achieves innovation in cold chain warehousing with efficient and reliable engineering technology. The main structure is composed of high-strength H-shaped steel columns forming the core support system, ensuring overall stability. The top load is scientifically dispersed through the spatial truss beam system, balancing span requirements and structural lightweighting. The secondary load-bearing structure uses precision arrangement of C-shaped steel purlins to form a high-precision roof and wall skeleton, providing a flat base for the enclosure system.

The core storage area of the cold storage adopts an innovative design of built-in insulated shelters. Inside the steel structure frame, a continuous airtight enclosure system is assembled from high-density polyurethane (PU) cold storage panels. The PU core material wrapped in double-sided color steel plates achieves an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.022W/(m · K), effectively isolating thermal infiltration in tropical environments. The modular board body is seamlessly locked with enterprise hook bolts, and combined with specialized sealant to form an anti cold bridge and anti condensation insulation barrier, maintaining precise control over a wide temperature range of -25 ℃ to 15 ℃.

This project integrates structural engineering and insulation technology, and Canglong Group provides full process technical empowerment from load calculation, seismic design to refrigeration process connection, demonstrating China’s excellent solution capability in heavy-duty cold chain infrastructure in tropical regions.
