How to build a steel structure car repair shop in Guinea?
To address the comprehensive needs of Guinean clients for car repair, vehicle maintenance, and daily operations, Canglong Group tailored a modern car repair shop solution with complete functionality and a reliable structure. This project not only meets the needs of vehicle repair operations but also accommodates office management, customer reception, and future business expansion, creating an efficient, comfortable, and durable commercial operating space for the client.
The entire building consists of two parts: a 586㎡ car repair workshop and a 203㎡ two-story office area. The repair workshop utilizes a large-span steel structure design, providing ample space for vehicle entry and exit, equipment installation, and repair operations, improving the utilization rate of the workshop’s internal space. The two-story office area rationally plans office, reception, and management spaces, effectively separating the production area from the office area and improving overall operational efficiency.
In terms of architectural design, the project adopts a double-pitched roof structure with a gable design at the top, making the overall building lines simpler and more grand, while enhancing the sense of layering on the building facade. The double-pitched roof not only enhances the visual appeal of the factory building but also facilitates rapid rainwater drainage, adapts to the local climate, and improves the building’s long-term reliability.
The structural design employs a high-strength steel structure system, with H-beams used as the main load-bearing columns and beams, offering advantages such as high load-bearing capacity, structural stability, and high construction efficiency. The roof support system uses C-shaped steel purlins, effectively connecting the main frame and the roof cladding system to ensure the overall structural safety and stability.
Regarding the cladding system, both the walls and roof utilize polyurethane sandwich panels, providing excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, and moisture resistance while meeting aesthetic requirements. Compared to traditional building materials, PU sandwich panels offer faster installation and lower maintenance costs, helping clients create more energy-efficient and effective automotive repair spaces. Furthermore, the unified cladding design gives the building a more modern appearance, meeting the image requirements of a commercial repair center.
During project implementation, Canglong Group provides clients with a complete one-stop service, tailored to their local construction conditions and usage needs. This service ranges from initial architectural design and structural detailing to steel component manufacturing, export packaging, booking and transportation, and subsequent installation guidance. Leveraging its professional design capabilities and extensive overseas project experience, Canglong ensures the smooth implementation of projects from design drawings to final completion.
