Chilean client receive goods and begins installing warehouse steel structures
The modern warehouse project built by Canglong Group for a Chilean client exemplifies Canglong Group’s commitment to providing one-stop industrial building solutions from concept to completion. The project was comprehensively managed by Canglong Group, meticulously covering every step from preliminary design, manufacturing, international logistics booking and shipment, to final on-site installation, ensuring efficient and high-quality construction.
The warehouse’s design prioritizes both functionality and structural efficiency, featuring a classic gable roof. This roof form not only sleekly forms a simple aesthetic but also effectively facilitates the rapid drainage of rainwater, making it ideally suited to Chile’s climate. It also provides excellent interior space and wind resistance.
For the core structure, high-strength H-shaped steel was selected for the warehouse’s main load-bearing components, such as beams and columns. With its excellent mechanical properties, H-shaped steel ensures overall structural stability and strength while enabling greater spans and load-bearing capacity. This creates a spacious, column-free, and flexible interior space, significantly improving space utilization and operational efficiency.
As for the building’s exterior envelope, both the walls and roof are constructed from high-quality color-coated steel sheets. This choice not only ensures excellent sealing, durability, and corrosion resistance, but its lightweight construction also effectively reduces the load on the main structure. The uniform coating on the color-coated steel sheets further meets the client’s requirements for a clean appearance and the potential for future corporate logo display.
Currently, all H-beam components and the color-coated steel exterior envelope system, precision-manufactured by Canglong Group, have arrived at the Chilean project site.
