Project Description: Canglong Group recently delivered a one-stop double-story warehousing solution to a client in Costa Rica. The project occupies an area of 25m × 21m, with a building height of 12 meters, and employs an innovative double-story portal frame structure design. For the main structure, the steel warehouse project strictly selected high-strength H-beams of Q355B (Chinese standard) as the core load-bearing system for beams and columns. In terms of secondary structure, C-shaped steel purlins are uniformly used for the roof and walls. The enclosure system, including walls and roof, uses single-layer colored profiled metal sheets, possessing excellent rainproof and corrosion-resistant properties, capable of withstanding Costa Rica’s hot and humid tropical climate. The project also included the supply of gutters, drainage pipe systems, and various connecting accessories, achieving a complete delivery from the main structure to the external enclosure system. Leveraging Canglong Group’s full-chain service model of “design-manufacturing-booking-transportation-installation guidance,” the project components were assembled with high precision and speed upon arrival at the site.
