Project Description: This factory building project in Uruguay utilizes a portal frame design. The main and secondary frameworks employ high-specification hot-dip galvanized H-beams and columns, and galvanized C-beam purlins, providing exceptional salt spray resistance and corrosion protection. The walls and roof are equipped with high-density polyurethane (PU) sandwich panels to achieve superior thermal insulation and low energy consumption. The prefabricated structure integrates the main steel frame, PU panels, gutters, downpipes, tie rods, inter-column supports, and a complete set of connecting fasteners. On-site assembly was achieved with 100% bolted rigid assembly and zero-hot-fire welding. Under Canglong’s professional technical guidance, the construction period was significantly shortened and installation costs reduced, enabling the client to quickly commence production.
