DRC Customer place orders after visiting Canglong Steel Structure Factory
The customer from the Democratic Republic of the Congo visited the Canglong Steel Structure factory and was deeply impressed, leading to a same-day contract signing.
On the morning of May 19, 2025, the Canglong Steel Structure production workshop in Yuanyang County, Xinxiang, Henan Province, was buzzing with machines, a scene of bustling production. Accompanied by Canglong’s business manager, Andrew, this important customer from the Democratic Republic of the Congo embarked on an in-depth factory tour. This visit culminated in an on-the-spot contract signing and immediate payment, marking a remarkable milestone in the cooperation between the two parties.
Around 10 a.m., the customer arrived at Canglong Steel Structure’s Yuanyang production base. As Canglong’s core contact for overseas business, Manager Andrew greeted the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm, personally serving as a tour guide. He first led the customer through the neatly organized workshop corridors, observing the fully automated production lines. From steel uncoiling and leveling, CNC cutting and blanking, to high-precision welding, shot blasting, and finally, spray painting and assembly, every process was operating in an orderly manner. “Our production process strictly adheres to ISO9001 quality system standards. From raw material storage to finished product shipment, we have 28 quality inspection checkpoints that are fully traceable.” Andrew’s explanation gave the customer a direct impression of Canglong’s unwavering commitment to quality.
Then, the customer delved into the core processing area, focusing on Canglong’s production equipment. These included a six-axis CNC intersecting wire cutting machine imported from Germany, a fully automatic H-beam assembly machine, and an industry-leading intelligent welding robot. “This equipment achieves a cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm, enabling even complex, irregularly shaped components to be formed in a single pass. And the welding robot’s heat input control technology can reduce weld deformation by 70%.” Andrew demonstrated and explained, and the customer paused to observe, scrutinizing the weld details closely, his eyes filled with praise. Upon learning about Canglong’s modular pre-assembly process, specifically optimized for overseas projects (which can shorten on-site installation time by 30%), the customer even presented project drawings and discussed adaptation solutions with Andrew on the spot, resulting in a lively interaction. “From advanced equipment to rigorous workmanship, from quality control to responsive service, Canglong completely exceeded our expectations!” the client exclaimed, shaking Andrew’s hand at the conclusion of the inspection. Having originally planned to conduct an on-site inspection before evaluating the company, the client, after witnessing the efficient operation of the workshop and impressed by the team’s professionalism, immediately finalized the partnership. A steel structure supply contract covering a key infrastructure project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo was signed, and the first advance payment was simultaneously deposited via a cross-border account that same day.
This inspection and signing not only vividly demonstrates Canglong Steel Structure’s philosophy of winning with quality and serving customers with sincerity, but also confirms the strong competitiveness of Chinese intelligent manufacturing in the global market. As Andrew said after the contract signing, “Customer trust is the greatest affirmation of our work. Canglong will continue to deepen technological innovation to provide overseas customers with even higher-quality and more efficient steel structure solutions!”
