Project Description: This project is a one-stop steel structure building solution customized by Mosasaur Group for Tanzanian customers. The total construction area reaches 1,000 square meters. The main body adopts a classic portal frame structure with dimensions of 50 meters long, 20 meters wide, and 6 meters high eaves, ensuring the large-span space and structural stability inside the workshop. A double-storey office area 30 meters long, 10 meters wide and 6 meters high is integrated on one side of the workshop. This area is designed with a two-story structure. In terms of material selection for the enclosure system, Canglong Group used EPS sandwich panels with excellent thermal insulation properties as wall and roof materials, which can effectively adapt to the local climate and provide a comfortable indoor environment. In addition, the project is also equipped with a complete set of hardware components such as door and window systems, roof gutters and downpipes, truly realizing “one-stop delivery” from the main steel frame to the enclosure accessories. The project is currently progressing smoothly and will greatly improve the industrial production and warehousing operation efficiency of Tanzanian customers upon completion.
