Canglong’s first batch of brewery steel structures successfully shipped to Azerbaijan
Recently, as container trucks loaded with steel structure components slowly drove away from the factory, Canglong Group officially launched the cross-border delivery of its customized complete steel structure solution for a large brewery project in Azerbaijan. As the sole EPC+O service provider for the project, Canglong Group, with its full-chain capabilities covering design, production, logistics, customs clearance, and installation guidance, not only saved the client over 30% in overall costs but also, with the efficiency and precision of “Made in China,” helped the construction of food industry infrastructure in Central Asia enter a new stage.

Full-Process Control
Unlike traditional steel structure suppliers that only provide single products, Canglong Group deeply intervened in the entire lifecycle needs of the brewery project. “The client initially faced multiple challenges, including tight deadlines, significant differences in technical standards, and complex cross-border collaboration,” the project manager explained. “Through preliminary on-site surveys and multiple technical discussions with the client, we ultimately determined a modular design and standardized production solution. The main plant building utilizes high-strength H-beams to construct the load-bearing frame, with the roof system featuring lightweight C-beam purlins, reinforced with tie rods and bracing for stability, and integrating a complete set of accessories including doors, windows, drainage pipes, and gutters.”
To ensure the design was suitable for the local climate, the Canglong team specifically optimized the thickness of the anti-corrosion coating on the steel structure and the drainage slope parameters. Addressing the high standards required for a brewery’s cleanroom, all component surfaces underwent special treatment to prevent metal dust contamination during production.

A Dual Breakthrough in Precision and Efficiency
In the production phase, Canglong Group leveraged the advantages of its own intelligent factory, deeply integrating digital design with automated production lines. “The cutting error of each H-beam is controlled within ±1 mm, and the forming angle deviation of the C-beams does not exceed 0.5 degrees,” the workshop manager demonstrated on the real-time monitoring screen. “By simulating the assembly process in advance through BIM modeling, we not only avoid the risk of on-site welding deformation, but also match the component numbers with their installation positions one-to-one. Workers only need to follow the diagrams to complete the assembly, which is expected to shorten on-site construction time by 40%.”
It is worth mentioning that key connecting components such as tie rods and braces used in the project are all treated with galvanizing, which improves corrosion resistance by more than three times compared to ordinary steel. The gutter system innovatively combines an arc-shaped drainage design with a PVC lining, which can effectively cope with the drainage pressure under local heavy rain.

Cross-border Escort: Opening a Service Loop for the Last Mile
Starting from Zhengzhou, Henan, this batch of steel structure components was transported to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, via the China-Europe Railway Express. Canglong Group coordinated with international logistics companies in advance, formulated a transportation plan, and monitored the status of the goods in real time through a GPS tracking system. In response to the specific requirements of Azerbaijani customs, the team prepared certification documents in advance that met the standards of the Eurasian Economic Union, ensuring zero delays in the customs clearance process.
Currently, Canglong Group is accelerating the delivery of subsequent batches, and the entire project is expected to complete the main structure installation within three months. In the future, as more Canglong steel structures shine across the globe, this Chinese company will continue to write more stories of win-win cooperation on the Belt and Road Initiative.
