Philippines six cross smart logistics center project
The Philippines Six-Span Smart Logistics Center Project is a modern, large-scale warehousing hub built by Canglong Group for local clients. With a total construction area of 19,263 square meters, the overall design features a six-span large-space structure, measuring 116 meters in length, 166.32 meters in width, and 13.9 meters in eaves height. This design ensures both spaciousness and structural stability.
The main structural framework utilizes Q355 grade high-strength H-beams as the core support for beams and columns. This type of steel boasts high strength and strong resistance to deformation. Combined with high-precision, high-strength bolt connections, it not only enhances the overall structural stability but also adapts to the local Philippine climate. The secondary structure uses hot-dip galvanized C-beams as purlins, with a galvanized surface treatment providing superior rust and corrosion resistance, effectively extending its service life.
The building’s exterior is enclosed by a 2-meter-high brick wall, with the upper part and roof covered in color-coated steel panels. This material is lightweight, durable, and provides good insulation, protecting against sun and rain while reducing energy consumption. Canglong Group also thoughtfully provided a complete set of auxiliary facilities. From rainwater harvesting gutters and drainage pipes to indoor and outdoor drainage pipes, and even detailed components such as doors and windows, everything was designed and supplied in-house, ensuring a unified style and complete functionality.
More importantly, Canglong provides clients with a one-stop service from blueprints to implementation. From initial design optimization to material production, booking and transportation, and on-site installation technical guidance, the entire process is seamlessly integrated. This not only saves clients the trouble of coordinating with multiple parties but also ensures efficient project progress and quality standards through full-process control, ultimately building a high-standard warehousing center that meets the needs of modern intelligent logistics.
