Project Description: Canglong Group undertook the construction of an oil pressing workshop project for a client in Myanmar, facilitating efficient project implementation with a full-cycle customized solution. Addressing the climate characteristics and oil pressing process requirements of Myanmar, the Canglong team utilized 3D modeling technology to design the portal frame structure system. In the core steel structure manufacturing stage, high-strength H-beams were selected for the main load-bearing beams and columns, while hot-dip galvanized C-beams were used for the roof and wall purlins. The color steel panels covering the roof were preferably made of 0.5mm thick aluminum-zinc coated steel, possessing both heat insulation and UV resistance properties, significantly reducing workshop energy consumption. All components were controlled according to the ISO9001 quality system, undergoing pre-assembly verification before leaving the factory to eliminate on-site installation errors from the source. This project not only became a benchmark case in Canglong’s overseas industrial construction field but also, through its integrated design, manufacturing, transportation, and installation services, helped the Myanmar client create a modern oil pressing workshop with stable production capacity and environmental friendliness, injecting strong momentum into the upgrading of the local agricultural product deep processing industry.
