Canglong Group efficiently ships steel components for Thai client factory projects
Recently, the steel components carefully crafted by Canglong Group for the key factory construction project in Thailand have successfully completed the production and shipping process, and will soon be sent to the designated site of Southeast Asian customers. This shipment marks the substantive construction stage of the cooperation between the two parties, demonstrating the professional strength and efficient performance ability of Canglong Group in the global steel structure engineering field.
As the core material steel structure supplier of the project, Canglong Group strictly follows international steel structure manufacturing standards (such as AISC, GB), adopts intelligent CNC machining equipment and high-precision welding technology to ensure that the dimensional accuracy error of the component is controlled within ± 2mm, and the material yield strength, corrosion resistance and other indicators have been certified by third-party authorities. In response to the humid and hot climate characteristics of Southeast Asia, the project team has specially optimized the anti-corrosion coating scheme, adopting a dual protection technology of hot-dip galvanizing and polyurethane, which can extend the service life of steel components by more than 15% and has been highly recognized by customers.
This cross-border cooperation is not only another benchmark project for Canglong Group to land in the RCEP region after the Indonesian and Vietnamese markets, but also provides a replicable solution for the upgrading of Southeast Asian manufacturing industry through the integrated service of “design manufacturing construction” under the EPC general contracting mode. Both parties have agreed to deepen cooperation in green steel structures such as photovoltaic brackets and intelligent warehousing, and jointly explore new opportunities in the ASEAN infrastructure market.
