Arrive of PIR sandwich panel in American grain storage warehouse
This is the steel structure granary construction project of Elias in the United States. The grain storage warehouse is built with steel structure as the main frame. PIR sandwich panel is selected as the wall panel and roof panel for the enclosure system of grain warehouse. PIR sandwich panel has the characteristics of high heat resistance and high flame retardancy, and is the first choice for building the grain storage warehouse. The experiment shows that PIR sandwich panel can withstand the high temperature of 200 ℃ in a short time and 160 ℃ in a long time.
PIR sandwich panel refers to the polyurethane rigid foam as the core material, which generally adopts the formula system of polyester polyol, high isocyanate index (above 250), and no or little use of flame retardant. The skeleton structure of foam is composed of carbamate segments and carbamate modified isocyanurate segments. PIR foam has good heat resistance due to its reticular structure, large chemical energy and firm bonding. It is relatively difficult to destroy its molecular structure even when burning, which improves the flame retardancy.
